The Truth behind every Hero's Cape

If someone were to approach

you and tell you, within the

next few days, you would

have abilities much like

a superhero, how would

you feel?

Would you feel excitement,

fear, anxiety or somewhat

burdened?

Superhero's like; Thor,

Wonder Woman, Hulk,

Black Widow and Spiderman

seem to have it all.

Yet, even in films,

people try to teach us

that having such capabilities

is not always glamorous

and happy.

Though many desire

to have power, not

everyone fully understands

what every hero struggles with.

Think about the times

when they saw that bad

guy coming, but were

too late? Can you imagine

the guilt they would feel?

Think about the fact

that many heroes

cannot even have

families. The closer

they get to people,

they can be used

against them.

Worst of all, think

how they cannot tell

anyone about what they

can do. They have to hide

their own identity to protect

themselves.

The next time you

think you want something,

or to become like someone

else, consider both pros

and cons of the situation.

At the end of the day,

there will always be both.
